Application conditions

Excursion, camp and sports-trip consent

Read these conditions before you submit a request. The school reviews each submitted request.

Your acceptance record keeps the exact edition you accepted.

Read the school-issued event notice before choosing. Your give or refuse choice applies only to the retained notice edition. Payment and media permissions are separate. A changed notice requires a new consent record. Earlier records remain unchanged. Health answers and supporting evidence remain confidential. The school reviews the recorded choice against the event notice.
