Welcome to the first edition of the Goroka Grammar School 2020 Newsletter.
Hopefully everyone had a peaceful Christmas and a Happy New Year and that you are all now refreshed and ready for the challenges of 2020. A special thank you to all those parents who completed enrolment procedures on time so that their children were able to commence classes on Monday 27 January for the Secondary Campus and on Tuesday and Wednesday at the Primary Campus. It looks as if some parents were taken by surprise as Goroka Grammar School started classes a week ahead of all other schools.
1. First Coffee Evening for Parents will be on Wednesday 12 February at 5.30pm at the Primary Campus.
2. For the fit and healthy and athletic the annual school cross country will be held on Friday 27 March.
3. And for those who like to plan ahead for #holidays, school closes for the team one break on Thursday 2 April.
